Your Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitive analyses and derive portfolio adjustments based on current trends
- Create requirement specifications in collaboration with other departments
- Oversee the product throughout its entire lifecycle and define necessary further developments
- Develop the product strategy, product portfolio, and product roadmap
- Coordinate closely within BeXema GmbH and with the HORIBA Group
- Support the sales team by providing technical consultation for customer inquiries
- Create product presentations and conduct sales trainings
- Act as the central point of contact for all product-related matters – serving as an interface between Sales, Engineering, Service, and Marketing
- Support Marketing with product launches and major product updates
Your Profile
- Successfully completed engineering degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field
- Professional experience in product management or in the mechanical and plant engineering industry is an advantage
- Initial experience with power supply units is desirable
- Confident use of common software tools (e.g., MS Office 365)
- Team-oriented and structured working style with strong commitment and initiative
- Strong technical and economic understanding
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
