Intelligent Test Bench Solutions for Every Challenge
High-voltage test systems are used to evaluate the electrical characteristics of fuel cells, fuel cell stacks, and complete fuel cell systems. The devices in the BX series feature a compact and robust design. They enable precise measurements up to 1,500 volts and 20,000 amperes across a wide performance range.

High-voltage test devices deliver highly precise and reproducible results across all electrical operating modes
(I-Mode CC, U-Mode CV, P-Mode CP, R-Mode CR), even in applications with demanding dynamic requirements. Thanks to their ability to feed energy back into the grid, these test devices enable particularly energy-efficient and cost-effective operation.

Flexible High-Voltage Test Systems for a Wide Range of Applications

The high-voltage test systems can be connected in parallel to achieve higher currents and power levels. They are easy to parameterize and can be quickly and cost-effectively adapted to both current and future test specifications. Typically, they are used as electronic loads operating in the second quadrant. With the appropriate configuration, operation in the first quadrant is also possible. When combined with our 0-volt option, the systems can even function as both source and sink in full four-quadrant operation.

An integrated sequencer enables dynamic load cycles and the execution of customized test procedures. Optional expansion for impedance spectroscopy is available in combination with devices from SIVONIC. Both standard tests according to EN, DIN, IEC, JS, and SAE, as well as customer-specific tests, can be carried out.
